4 <p>The dealer is obliged to carry out certain operations when the vehicle is delivered to the customer. He must carry out a complete check to ensure that the machine can operate immediately, illustrate the safety regulations and explain in detail the instructions contained in the "Use and maintenance" booklet relating to the use of the machine controls, maintenance operations, starting and the stopping of the machine and the use of all the organs. All people who will use the machine must participate in the training.</p>
5 <p>For the coverage period of your machine, check the terms in the warranty certificate.</p>
6 <p>The warranty consists in restoring the efficiency of parts that are unusable or inefficient due to manfacturing defects by replacing them with original spare parts or by free repairs; transport/travel costs of the machine from the end customer to the dealer/importer and/or its authorized workshops, and vice versa, are excluded.</p>
7 <p>The warranty is valid only if the machine has been used correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions and has not undergone tampering, and lapses immediately if modifications and/or repairs are made to the machine by unauthorized personnel.</p>
8 <p>The warranty also becomes void in the following cases:</p>

10 <li>Modifications made without the manufacturer's consent</li>
11 <li>Repairs or maintenance carried out with non-original spare parts</li>
12 <li>Neglect, accidents, late reporting of the defect, improper use of the machine, damage caused by prolonged use of the machine in conditions of clear failure</li>
13 <li>Incorrect use of the machine</li>
14 <li>Failure to comply with and carry out the maintenance programs and mandatory services prescribed by the manufacturer</li>
15 <li>Improper use of equipment or incorrect assembly of the same</li>
16 <li>Use of lubricants/fuel with specifications other than those prescribed and recommended</li>

18 <p>The manufacturer is not responsible for damage to the machine caused by misuse or malfunctions of other equipment connected to the machine itself.</p>
19 <p>The warranty covers only damage and/or malfunctions of the machine without the user being able to claim damages for production losses, presumed or proven damage to equipment connected to the machine itself.</p>
